JobLocal is a marketplace platform that connects customers with local tradespeople across Ireland. We do not employ tradespeople and are not a party to any agreement between customers and tradespeople.
You must be 18 or older to use JobLocal. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Tradespeople use credits to express interest in jobs. Credits are purchased within the app and are non-refundable except where required by law. New accounts receive 3 free credits upon registration.
You agree not to:
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
JobLocal is a platform only. We are not liable for the quality of work carried out by tradespeople, any disputes between users, or any loss arising from use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
